I'd love to visit New Brunswick and Nova Scotia sometime, would like to go and see the Ediacaran fossil sites there, right along the Atlantic coast, remnants of a time after the advent of animals but before predation.
I'm living fairly close and I could make it out there this summer, but I'll more likely wait until my kids are old enough to appreciate it, too, and focus more on my more immediate backyard for now. I'll show them some pictures of Dickinsonia and others and see if they can get into a big blobby creatures phase before a dinosaur phase, first, then let them have some say in the vacation-picking process.
I do love the ocean and I prefer the East Coast from the tidal banks of the Carolinas up to the Hopewell Rocks, but this is wonderfully expressed.
